with middleman i cannot get my money back but with Goods & Services on paypal i well get me money back its easy and safely also there is something you must understand he use steam Support to restore the account i thing he contact the steam support and he told them he get # or somthing he change the email+pass+phone number without steam gard cods ! this mean he use somthing like CD keys or the Old Visa Number to restore the account back ....i get my money back anyway from paypal but i hope he get ban for ever ...fuking scammer...
We cant help you being scammed if you dont use PlayerUp middleman. All we can do is take action to the sellers account.
You're mistaken. With @Middleman, they have after sale protection, payment protection so you get your money back during the transaction if seller can't fulfill your service and you can pay them with paypal using goods and services. Not if he has already sent the money out of his paypal or withdrawn it to his bank.

Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds.
