Need a new iphone, but will apple track my refunded iphone? I'm already on their

radar because I've done one refund and tried to do another tonight with a different cc#, address etc. but they called and asked me to verify. For some reason it was flagged, so I told them it wasn't me and they cancelled the order. I'm now going to have a friend buy and refund the phone for me, but i'm concerned that when I activate it they'll be able to track it to me.
