Looking to avoid rebill with Walmart (or any other company) but mostly just the flexibility to refund more than once. What's a good VCC that will pass verification from websites but also is really anonymous (can use any name/billing info)? I have privacy but card limit is $500 so if I wanna do something higher, that's out. TIA
