i have logitech serials and i have submitted ticket for g910 keyboard and i said "hi,sometimes on this keyboard the lights and everything else like key inputs freeze and just stop working i have tryed to change USB ports,install software again etc and nothing is working i would like to request a refund thank you " can you tell me if this should work and anything else i can do to make it more likely to get a return
