      Yes, Amazon or playerup.com. You buy the cards online than they will email you the codes.

      Send me the codes for the cards I’ll redeem them. Once I have the codes I will send you the new email and password for the Twitter and you can do whatever you like

      Hey, I contacted Amazon and then Microsoft. They showed me the codes were redeemed, both a little before you messaged that they were already redeemed.

      Please follow through on this deal and let's avoid making a problem of it.

    If a digital gift card has not been redeemed, you normally can cancel it and get a refund up to 14 days from the date you bought it from Microsoft. Since @judgedredd9 already found out from Microsoft that the card was already redeemed, it does not matter when it was used anymore.

    Gift card is supposed to be given as a gift. Buyer may want to keep in mind that payment should be made by actual payment method thru reliable payment providers because you have more chance to get refund with them if anything goes wrong. In this case, Middleman could have protected you if the payment is made thru Middleman service.

    However, this dispute should be closed by both parties. Playerup is unable to fully investigate when payment is made off the site. @Aries17 you have a dispute here. Can you confirm the chat log and screenshots provided here? If you have an additional explanation, please give it here before admin evaluates.

    You found out the dispute section but you didn't saw the threads where it's mentioned to use middleman for safe transaction.

    He didn't even share the whole conversation with anyone only the start. Anyone wants to be added to the conversation I can no problem to read it yourself.


    1. I never saw the codes until almost 12 hours of being posted, I responded and didn't see them.
    2. I went back on went to go redeem them they were redeem right after he replied so I assumed he went and redeemed them because I couldnt do it an was trying to get me to give him the information which is why I said "Nice Try"

    1. I showed him my recent purchases to show I had bought Assassins Creed that same day a few mins after finding out the cards did not work.
    2. If I redeemed the cards they would show in my recent purchases as you can see, I could show more details of my history, but I am not going to show my card information because it would show that.

    1. This is my PayPal recent History I was trying to show how I was scammed this month for $200 on PayPal for an Account I was selling on an App Game if you see the +$200 than -$200 he got the money refunded after I gave him my account information.
    2. I showed this to him to show I don't wanna scam him, and how I have been scammed before, but by that time he had already gone posting on my thread saying I was a scammer who I do no such thing.

    1. I wanted to give more proof that I did not scam him or that I was a scammer so I showed him that same day I had my final sell on my account below for the sell. The middleman is still processing it he is a little slow no big deal.
    2. To even show how nice I was I even paid for the middleman transaction by knocking down the price $20 for the person buying the account to be helpful and I was ready to sell the accounts

    1. I don't know if this is a thing I am new to the website, but I asked the buyer if someone could have seen the codes he bought to redeem them, because I am sure bots use this website looking for information on people or accounts.
    2. I showed him I or anyone could go to his Content and see his conversations and the first couple of sentences and if you look you can see him posting the codes.
    3. Now I am sure other people can see this because this was a conversation, not a private chat like he said it was as you can see
    4. Anyone could have seen the codes I believe

    There is my proof, and I never tried to scam you I don't want too. You posted the codes in a conversation that anyone can read I am pretty sure of and I told you this yesterday, but still you went posting that I had scammed you and started a dispute.

    Why would I scam you when I am in the middle of processing sells for other accounts? Would make no sense at all.

    @Avatar PR thank you for mentioning me I wouldn't have seen this dispute, I hope all this information shows you I did not try to scam the guy.

    That would hurt my other sells I have going on and would make people not purchase my other accounts. I had him use Xbox Live Cards because I was scammed using PayPal last time, and I didn't wanna offer $20 again to Pay for the middleman service and he did not ask me like the other person.

    You comment is not related to this post.If you had problem with your transaction discuss it with middleman but why here?The OP is a buyer i am a moderator and it's my duty to warn people from being scammed.As a buyer he has all the right to be on the safe side your story is different and no where related to his dispute.

    I even had the person who I sold to leave a good comment on my page cause he told me he was gonna try to get my banned

    Honestly worried cause i am waiting for the middleman to transfer me my money on my other sell and i dont wanna get banned and lose my $230 i am suppose to me sent

    Thank you for sharing this screenshot. Isn't this PM (private message)? You can search and check your online activity but no one else can see it. Regarding this specific PM, it is activity between 2 persons.

    If you are also asking about our conversation here, it is public. It's dispute forum so it is supposed to be transparent during investigation unlike PM

    It's the same. PM is an abbreviation for Private Message or Conversation on many forums though. You don't use other forums or other websites before?

    So a Conversation is a (private message) so it’s a private conversation and nobody can go and look at your content and see the private conversation unless your in it? When I went to his profile I so all of his conversation, but I’m in it.

    So I went to your profile and I could see the first couple of sentences like I showed in the screen love you. Our convo is not a PM or private message (it’s a conversation) I assume from what I’ve seen a conversation is something anyone can look at, Join, or even read.

    So on this website a conversation is a private message?

    Than when I went to your profile why could I read the first couple of sentences from conversations you had that I’m not in? Unless it hides the ones that are private? I went back to check to see if their was an update on the Dispute and reread what you said and when thinking about it kinda confused me.


    Btw someone else purchased the Twitter Account via middleman so I guess in the next couple days or so it’ll be sold

    Sorry I see he said digital above. Which retailer did you purchase them from? If it's a small company, is the company legit that the codes were purchased from?

    Hi guys, sorry I was off the grid for a couple days with family.

    I bought the codes from Amazon. I've never bought these codes before, I haven't even played Xbox before, I found this site via google looking to buy a twitter account. I should have used Middleman service and now regret not doing so, but I had no reason to distrust the seller because he seems to be a regular on here and posted other social media accounts.

    As soon as the seller stated the codes had been redeemed already and that I was out of luck, I immediately realized my error and that I walked into an easy scam. I talked with Amazon and Microsoft and they both couldn't help me. Microsoft confirmed the time the codes were redeemed and it was about an hour before the seller replied to me to say the codes were redeemed already.

    There's no reason for me to attempt to give the seller a bad or used code, because I can only assume a seller would never release what he's selling until payment goes through. And having never been to this site before or even played Xbox, I don't know the seller or have any reason to harm his reputation on here.

    So the only thing I can assume is 1) the seller scammed me because it's easy to do here and there's no way to investigate, or 2) some other account was able to view our private conversation to take the codes about an hour before the seller tried to use them.

    Thank you for looking into the matter. I'm sorry to have missed out on the twitter account sale, it was a really good account that fit what I was looking for. I'm still interested in buying one on here but will only proceed using middleman services.

    Hi, just to amend what I meant by potential for #1 to be true, that the seller scammed me because it's easy to do here. I don't mean this site, I mean the careful choice of picking Xbox Digital Cards as the only form of payment the seller accepted, out of all the hundreds of payment options.

    I purchased these through Amazon because I wanted a safe, reliable transaction, but only during this situation did I find out there's no refunds given to these digital cards on Amazon. And Microsoft can't track who redeemed the cards, they can only tell me the time it was redeemed. And anybody, including the seller, could have multiple Xbox accounts to redeem them cards, so there's no paper trail or screen grab that could reveal the truth.

    Amazon did ask me if I could try to redeem them on a console, and since I don't own an Xbox I had no way to do so, and I created a Microsoft Xbox account just to check these codes myself, to confirm they were redeemed. I mention this because I'm really a layman when it comes to these codes and realize I walked into an untraceable scam.

    Knowing that Playerup can't refund my lost $150, and neither Amazon nor Microsoft will either, the only thing I can hope for is the seller or whoever stole these numbers to be revealed so it doesn't happen to someone else.

    Hi - any update from the moderator?

    I should also mention that I tried to contact seller on Kik a few times - to ensure the transaction and codes would remain private - but he didn't respond. So I did exactly as he instructed which was to post the codes in our private conversation on here. I'm not sure what other precautions I could have taken apart from Middleman services.

    I honestly wish right now I could have given you the account, the person I am giving it to now. He changed the account password, email, username. Still has not set the statues of the account as received or confirmed by buyer. The middleman won't respond and its pissin me off. He won't respond to my messages and the middleman won't respond. after 48h their suppose to start the process of my money and assume he has it and they have't they are awfully slow. My other accounts sell says its "Completed" but I haven't gotten my money nor a middleman will reply for that.

    This website is starting to piss me off, I don't have my money for both the accounts ive sold and given away and they won't transfer me my money. They don't start answering me I am no longer going to use this website after I get my money and find a different website. This shouldn't take 2-3 freaking weeks. This is why I wanted to do Xbox Live Cards but that even went sideways. I am not liking this website at all.

    I just don't wanna lose my two sells I am having over this issue.
