So one of my limited PayPal accounts with 400+ in it finally is past the 180 day withdrawal period. Does anyone know how I can get the money out now? I don't have a matching Bank Account because I used a fake name on the account and also it's a UK PayPal account and i'm German. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
