guys 2 days ago i've bought a HONOR 9 on gearbest , it costs 368 USD , the transaction on my paypal showed 368 USD , and i'm pretty sure i did the transaction in dollars , but gearbest charged me in euro , they took 393 dollars , and they have been ignoring my messages ever since , what should i do ?
