Title says it all, Anybody got any updates on SteelSeries? Their policy change has actually worked and failed a lot of SE's, apart from mine is still working haha. They're just "waiting" for the product. I don't know if I can take it any further though, I've provided them with a fake tracking number + the courier + I told them I rang the courier company up and they said my package was delivered. I got a feeling it's like a 30/70 chance because my ticket has had no reply from Randall since like the 6th, which about 4 different people from the Support Team said it's a problem. You can use that as a method too I suppose ^ (fake tracking number + "ringing" the courier up). I might even photoshop an email from the courier tbh... But if anybody has any better ideas, feel free to tell me. SS has gotten harder though, for sure.
