    about the Transaction ID: 364739552

    Hello,i just want to let you know that i was talking with the buyer the hole time even befor the buyer purchased through my post.
    i informed him that there was a delay becouse i needed to change the email from the account to a new one i would give the buyer.
    now i come back here and the trade is chanceled, i got a negative feedback and cant even write in the middleman post.
    as far as i know there was no complain from the buyers side,as i said we where/are talking all the time.
    is it possible to remive the negative feedback,open the trade again? or do i need to open a new post where the buyer need to buy the account again?

    we would like to continue the trade since the email is now changed and all is ready to trade
