I have an order coming in from Smoke Cartel tomorrow, and was curious if anyone has ever refunded or SE'd an online headshop. Smoke Cartels return policy says they need to have the item before they issue a refund (to make sure it isnt used because they cannot accept it) and also requires pictures.
