Hi, Looking for a bit of help if possible... My fitbit orders keep getting cancelled. I do change email addresses and name on account I confirm the email change from the link they send to my email use a vpn use a new email address do the se via email chat as I'm in UK and they don't have live chat (though Ireland does...) get the form complete form get order received and processing emails. after a few hours they dhow as cancelled. If anyone can point to where I'm going wrong id be very grateful and would send a reward once I confirm it gets my orders shipped. Any suggestions ? different browsers? in private browsing? or is it failed before that due to email or name changing? However when I use my own accounts (ones ive set up with my own devices) they ship every time
