    It just says Thanks for requesting your replacement.
    It is not getting processed, after about 2 days ago I got a
    "Hi
    We're not able to make an exception in your case.

    Let us know if you need anything else. "
    The thing is that I am wondering if my phone/adress is blacklisted, because it usually got processed in the matter of about 20 mins maximum for me, I have done it just a couple of times and idk what is it ... help me please, thanks.
