I live in Canada so here gamestop is EB games. Just bought a ps4 pro and received it 4 days ago, i emailed them and they told me to confirm it didnt arrive and gave me their phone. Is it okay if i just reply to the email or i absolutely have to call them on the phone ? Thx guys
