I have done SE's with logitech before and have received 3 things, but this is the first time I tried to SE Ultimate Ears, and now they want me to send in the product. Here's the email I got today. Dear Jordan, We have submitted a request for the new UE BOOM 2 for you and it is now waiting for approval. Once, the replacement request is approved, you will be receiving an email containing the return label from UPS. You can bring UE BOOM 2 to UPS once you have the label. Thank you. How do i respond, Do i just box them or what? Did i fail the se? UPDATE: I said I recycled it, now he needs a receipt from the recycling center. Can anyone send me one, Ill be willing to pay of course.
