Alright, so I moved to a different city and have never bought anything to this house I currently live at. But whenever I try to purchase a mac book off bestbuy, or even apple my order gets cancelled. I've tried a new credit card never used before and still the same result. I did refund a macbook to an old address, but that was an old address. I have contacted bestbuy, they told me that I should go to a store and they weren't sure why it got cancelled in the first place because the thing the lady told me was that it got cancelled because they ran out of stock but she verified they for sure didn't, and proceeded to tell me to go to a store to buy it. Now when I buy from apple and it gets cancelled, I have contacted their chat and they say it was an issue verifying my information on my bank, but I have contacted my bank twice and they can confirm that they did approve the funds needed in order to purchase the item. Apple just has me running in circles, same with bestbuy. Is it possible that someone who lived here before I moved in used up the refunds and my address is by chance blacklisted?
