Im looking to refund a Salvatore Ferragamo belt from Selfridges UK. The belt costs £265 which is under their refund 'limit' as some would say. Im thinking of doing a partial but instead of saying that the belt never came I was thinking of saying that the belt had some mould (fungus growth) on it which of course is a safety hazard or the metal on the belt buckle had snapped or had a sharp edge and cut me so I threw the belt away because blood had gone onto it? Im not sure if any of these 'methods' would work but if anyone has had any previous experience with refunding Selfridges or any clothes/belts/shoes in general please share. Thanks.
