Doing an iPhone 8 from Best Buy?

    Been reading a lot of threads saying that Apple will detect your Apple ID and ban them. I just need any new iPhone thats a 7 or 8 Plus. I already did Target recently so I guess my options are Apple or Best Buy right? What other stores are easy for an iPhone? Should i even refund an iPhone?
