Even if its you or someone else trying to log in , it is still your responsibility to sell secure base . And i don't think it's someone else doing that because you would notice already and avoid selling this Item. Its obviously something new which happened after selling the Base by your side which can be noticed from GEM changes and buildings . @pejman don't panic. @dirtbiker1211 message supercell support that someone is using your village without your permission.They will ask you few questions which you can find in the email/play games. But if you and the account where it's created are from different countries then it will become tough. It will be better if pejman get back the account and message supercell from that account that someone is playing it then they will lock all unwanted acess. If any of you need help with this you can contact me anytime.

Pejman, just either trade back or he'll have to call Supercell and try to figure something out. Calling Supercell is a lot more hassle than just trading back. I would recommend, not only to save time, but energy to just trade back. It's the simplest option you two have before you.

Come to an agreement, please. My alerts are spammed with constant messages on this every time I check playerup. I'm honestly trying to help, but this is getting a little bit out of control.
