hi quick question about steelseries rma SE need clarification on the below. I can provide them proof of purchase no problem, my question is do they ask for serial number even though proof of purchase has been provided? can they ask for serial # requests on all products or is it only some they do this? Also the coupon they provide is it just chance it gets canceled or not? thanks and hope someone can help me out here.
