So paypal told me I needed a business account to receive more funds, I just opened my gaypal 14 days ago and was paid 600, I never got 21 day hold on any of he payments, they told me I needed to upgrade to a business account if I didn't want a 21 day hold. Then they said this PayPal will withhold for 21 days any money above $1,000.00 USD in sales each month for the reason(s) listed below. You can process $92.65 USD more this month before you reach that threshold. On 9/13/17, you requested an increase of the amount available to you. You can make another request on 10/13/17. So I made my account a business one and also requested to relieve more funds but they declined me???? Im already getting raped in eBay fees and now I wont even be able to pay them because I can only receive 92 more dollars. Any one else see this before??? Also yes im surprised I didn't get a 21 day hold earlier.
