Hi, i am trying to refund a $269 item but it cost $436.95 in total including the custom duty and tax since i am from Asia. I've been refunding since and all was successful, this is the first time that i was asked to get and file a police report. I already tried 5 reps on different days, just same thing. Now, what could be the risk of me getting a police report and sending them? Method used: Didn't received the item, packaged was received by someone in our house and he signed using a different name and different signature. Didn't show any I.D. Could you please help what should i do? Thanks
