Doing my first refund and have done a ton of research into the empty box method which I will be using. However, I can't tell if you're supposed to tell them that the Fedex box was empty or if the MacBook box itself was empty. Do you say that you opened the brown box and got nothing inside or you opened the brown box, opened the shrinkwrapped apple box and THEN didn't see anything inside? Don't wanna screw it up
