SteelSeries RMA submitted, need help!

    Ello,

    So the title basically says it all. The other day I tried to SE SteelSeries, and it went wrong. But now that I used a better scenario w/ a different receipt, the RMA is being investigated further, which is good.

    Now, I have Randall and he wants me to;
    1) Print out a ******* QR code attached on a white sheet of paper lol
    2) Hand write my name and the ticket number on the sheet of the white paper
    3) Take the picture of the paper alongside the defective product, (in this case it's the Siberia 840)
    4) then ship it in a box with the product, (ik how to do this part without actually sending it).
    5) A serial number of the headset, which can be super painful according to a lot of people who cannot even see it lmao but hey ho, hopefully I can find someone w/ it or just some retard on ebay

    Anyone wanna help me with the pictures?
