Friend has a refunded session from target which turned out to be DOA, tried sending it in for repair but GoPro tried to verify the receipt and found out the item is refunded. They asked for a picture of the serial and more purchase details if possible and they will forward it to their special investigations unit. Is it worth trying to pursue? Say the item was a gift maybe?
