    According to our logs, a charge-back was issued for the following transaction(s):
    - 60.00 purchase made on 27th of June 2016.
    - 10.00 purchase made on 27th of June 2016.
    - 10.00 purchase made on 16th of July 2016.
    - 30.00 purchase made on 2nd of August 2016.
    - 60.00 purchase made on 2nd of September 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 17th of September 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 24th of September 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 4th of October 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 12th of October 2016.
    - 30.00 purchase made on 15th of October 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 1st of November 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 23rd of November 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 23rd of November 2016.
    - 100.00 purchase made on 24th of November 2016.
    - 2.25 purchase made on 25th of November 2016.
    - 2.25 purchase made on 28th of November 2016.

    As stated in article 6 of our Terms of Use: "The non-payment or the retraction of a payment for a Game License or for Kakao Cash, for instance with a chargeback, shall qualify as a Default allowing Kakao Games Europe, without prior notice, to immediately suspend the provision of all Services to the User on all User Accounts owned by the User without terminating User’s payment obligations."

    As a consequence, your account was suspended permanently for all services. This is why you can no longer make purchases.

    We will grant you 7 days during which you will have to:
    - Purchase amount of Kakao Cash that has been charged-back on your account.
    - Do not convert the Kakao Cash to Pearls. The Kakao Cash balance will be removed from your account.

    If the operation is not completed within that time-frame, we will permanently ban your account.

    We also advise you to change your password in the event you have shared your account credentials with third parties.

    “So It turns out the seller sold me the account knowing that he made over one thousand dollars’ worth of charge backs on the account. So when I tried to buy some pearls for Black desert I was informed by the GM’s that if that amount was not paid back the account would be permanently banned. And here we are I’m scammed out of 975 dollars because I have an account that I can no longer use due to the permanent ban.. Please help with some sort of refund or credit back to my account. I also want to pursue legal action as well.
