So I'm currently Se-ing Steelseries for Arctis 5 and seems like they approved my RMA. The problem now is that they want me to ship my "broken" item to them. Any ideas of what I should do now? Can I just make an excuse of why I can't ship? Some people said to send them anything around the weight of the item, but I'm not really sure about this. Please give me an advice if you've ever gone through this step successfully. Thanks~ !
