So I've been looking at new headphones and thought I'd give skullcandy a go, all they have for returns is a questionnaire forum, which you fill out and then they send you an email with a barcode and reference number. They also have a statement "We'd like to recommend that you use a trackable shipping carrier as Skullcandy will not make itself responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once your return is received and processed, you will get an email from us confirming that we received your product. Please allow up to three weeks for processing once your product arrives at our Claim Center." Any ideas how you could get round this? Skullcandy don't use serial numbers, could a forged postal receipt suffice?
