So due to uk law it's the retailers that process repairs/replacements, which means Warranty fraud on manufactures is almost impossible, almost. I'm fairly new so SE besides Amazon refunds, is there any method the go directly to the manufacturer rather than having to purchase goods from a retailer and then refund/return etc?
