how we should take action on the crackdown of refunders (at least something helps)

STOP USING SKYPE! Yeah I said it, its literally what every single person uses to get these services and I think that it would be very beneficial for everybody to consider using a more secure type of communication. regardless of the current situation or not, I think its been very stupid of all us to be using Skype to discuss topics like refunding and things like that

How can we take action?

I think we should use something like Whatsapp or Signal in which we can all communicate in a way that is both easy and still MUCH more secure than skype (make sure the secret mode is set on Telegram if you decide to go that route. Yes, of course we can choose the complicated military encryption chat server or whatever else there is, but honestly, these apps are the best for these reasons:

It's flexible (i guess whatsapp wins in this case because it can be on PC and MAC while Signal cannot be)
Super Easy to use and setup (so is whatsapp)
Very secure as all chats are encrypted (whatsapp is too but articles have started to question its security)

TLDR: love you skype and we should all start using something else CONVENIENT like Signal or Whatsapp to handle our matters.
