Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below Seller recalled account and changed the email address along with all the other information that was given to me. The attached image is a screenshot of the email address being changed without my consent. Due to how FFXIV works, only the person who has the original account information (The Seller) can do this. They also removed the security token that was on the account, which is something that can only be done by the person that has the original account information. I have no other ways to contact this person besides this website and attempts failed.
Unfortunately because how SquareEnix account control works, only the Seller can change the account information like this. In order to do that, they just have to give them 3 pieces of information the account was made with. Even though I changed all this information, as long as the person that has the original account information knows what the original information was when the account was created, the account can be stolen. Its literally impossible for anyone else to do this except the original owner. Especially because I had a security token on the account that would block any random person except the original owner. In order to get the security token removed to access the account at all, they'd have to contact support because there is no other way to remove it. Along with giving them these 3 pieces of information on the phone to get them to take off the security token. Security on FFXIV is really tight. One last thing is even if someone does know the original account information besides myself, the original owner can also help me get it back if he wasn't the one to do it.
