guys this is my problem help me please i'm gonna buy a smartphone on a chinese site via Paypal using DHL as a shipping method all this using a VPN ,, here where i live there is no DHL office so i have to move to the capital to get my package , so i'm thinking about giving the site a fake address , since the package will not came from the capital to my town , i don't see the importance of giving my real address , the problem is that i want to claim an unauthorized transaction after getting my package , so what do i risk ? will DHL get involved or it will only concerne paypal and me ? can they get my real address and send the police to my house ? knowing that i live in tunisia ( africa) and our LAWS don't treat this kind of cases ?
