for those who don"t know this site , it's an Aliexpress like site and they accept paypal as payment methods with different shipping options , but they don't mention if they refund buyers for not receiving the products , i want to buy a smartphone and claim later that i didn't receive the phone , but i'm afraid they will not refund me , so will it work through paypal? if i open a dispute and claim that i've never received the phone,?? or claim that it was an unauthorized transaction?
