Hi, I tried to partial refund end clothing but they were a love you at it. First they told me they had the CCTV footage then the stock were good and nothing was missing or whatsoever. So smart me, I thought a chargeback would be enough but paypal is asking me to get a police report. Here what they told me: "You must make a declaration to the competent authorities or authorities of your choice. Please provide a copy of your declaration by XXX. The statement header must include information from the department or authorities or include a stamp indicating that the return is an official document." I have some idea to bypass this but I'm not too sure if someone is willing to help me out that'd be great Thanks you.
