HEY guys , as you know , Geekbuying accepts paypal as payment method , so i wanted to buy a 400 dollars smartphone using a VPN , and right after the shipping , i opened a dispute on paypal and say the transaction wasn't authorized , had someone tried this before? do you think it will work ? can paypal figure out i was using a VPN ? i'm gonna use EXPRESS VPN , thanks for help
