My Paypal account got limited in 2015 and they still won't let me withdraw my money (it only has £237.28 in but still). I've sent in various documents multiple times but they just won't accept them for some reason. The account is in my name but has a different birth date as I am only 17. I'm looking for someone to photoshop my IDs and other documents etc so I can have my account unlimited so I can withdraw the funds.
