    Hi can someone help me? they respond me like this:

    Thank you for submitting your RMA request. Further validation is needed to confirm the purchase of your SteelSeries product.

    Please carefully read and take the following steps:

    1) Log into your bank or credit card company website. If you cannot log in a paper statement will work as well.

    2) Find the transaction related to this purchase and screenshot it. (Screenshot button on your keyboard, then "PASTE" or "CTRL+V" in Paint).

    ** DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP**
    3) Block out your other purchases and financial information found on this page. Only the Purchase, Purchase Total, last 4 digits of your credit/bank card and your name will be left visible. This is extremely important. Please do not forget to do this as our attachments are not encrypted.

    4) Please update your ticket and provide the following
    4a. Attach the edited picture you took in step 2 and 3 to the ticket (please do not send a link). We do not accept HTML files or PDF. You cannot attach images via email. Please log into your account to fulfill this step.
    4b. Type your serial number in the update. The serial number can be found on the bottom of mice and keyboards, and on a small white sticker on headsets. On the H Wireless, it's on a sticker on the inside joint above the left ear cup. Missing serial numbers will disqualify your request.

    After completing these steps we will then be able to validate your RMA. If it is validated, we will then authorize your RMA.
