What are the chances of refunding a phone ($400-$600) from eBay? Also, if they don't require taxes/duties upfront (if shipping international), wouldn't I have to pay for COD? (thus making a refund impossible) All the ones I am interested in are shipped by large corporations with hundreds of thousands of feedback, so don't even get started on how I'm stealing money from other normal people or whatever.
