sounds strange but I use VCC to buy stuff in the uk. neteller is the one I use but many sites now send me an email asking to verify myself and credit card. clearly I can't do that unless I send in a fake statement. can anyone make a bank statement BUT it must be customise able so I can change information at a later date.
