Can someone give me tips on doing unauthorized report dispute on PayPal? Its to my other PayPal, which got limited. Im just hopping thet I can start the report, go on my other account and click refund if thats possible. but anyhow, can someone give me tips? should I login on VPN and change pass, then login normally and say I got # or something?
