Been partial refunding now since February and never came across this issue as I always do a huge order, But this time I ordered a pair of Adidas EQT and a Puffer Jacket and the order was confirmed but then I got an email saying it was dispatched but the JACKET wasnt available so its just the shoes being sent out how can I still manage to get a refund on this? Its DPD in Ireland if this helps at all. Would appreciate any help whatsoever.
