My question is can you use that more than once or is it just once?

 

Of course when u win the bid ..emblems will be consumed/lost..

Then I dont see the sense then cant bond stone capture all mounts?

 

Or you definitely needs this to capture a level 4 mount

 

Bond stones have a 5% chance ... n yes it can if u dont mind throwing 50 stones for a mount

it is best to use in capturing epic mounts..cause lots of players camping/waiting there..if u use a bondstone u have only a very little chance to caught it..bondstones are only advisable to use in capturing lvl1-2 mounts..

 

N u dont need for a level 4 mount but then again if u r trying to cap the mount u wanna get it fast before I come n get it from u so the 100% is hella worth it
