Sold Mail boxes, stash chests and portals are fixed.

I remember I'm my day when. We had to quest with no power level or dungeon exp... do it the way everyone else that has been playing for over a year is and do quests and kill mobs even though it's little exp. Or spend the runes and get one for the exp boosters or diplomas and get the weapons that give extra exp. That's probably why they took the exp power leveling away and the dungeons exp too so u can do all that nonsense.

That's why I took advantage of the power level and dungeons when it first came about and got all my toons leveled hehe. Just keep going you will get there.
