Thank you for your patience. We would like to pick up your product free of charge for testing purposes. A pick up is done during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This can be your home or work address. Please complete the details below: Pick-up information: - First Name: - Last Name: - Company (if any): - Address: - Postal Code: - City: - County/State (if any): - Country: - Telephone Number (including country code): If the pickup address differs from your home address, please supply both addresses. Once all the information has been supplied, we can process the pick up. You will receive an automated email from UPS within two business days including a confirmation from Logitech that the pickup has been issued. Some email clients and online email providers incorrectly filter the UPS email as spam. If you do not receive the UPS email within 48 hours of replying, please check your spam folder. The UPS email with pick up label contains detailed return instructions, please follow them to ensure we receive the product in good order. The pick up label remains valid for ten days, after that it can no longer be used. You will also need to print the documents provided in the UPS email, these are needed for the courier and should be on the outside of the packaging. When done follow the instructions on how to contact UPS to arrange the pick-up appointment. Once UPS has picked up the package, it will be shipped back to us.
