He Put in a claim through paypal that account was banned after he recovered it. Then proceeded to sign online and earn achievements after the fact. Paypal dispute found in my favor and payment was released back to me after I provided plenty of evidence the account wasn't banned. I don't want this user to try this again with someone else.

 

Here is a screenshot of the claim being seen in my favor and my uploaded pieces of evidence.

The only new thing I can add is that I noticed he put in an offer on a different account the day he "bought" mine. I can only assume he was counting his chickens on the chargeback and assumed he would successfully rip me off and move on to screw someone else too. I have already reported him to paypal and ebay. I received an email from them saying his accounts have been flagged for attempting to fraud the buyer protection program.

The only thing I heard from him since is a poorly spelled message on ebay acting dumb about the whole situation.

this person is lying i was using the account till i got locked out the email and password were changed and ghostGT4trade your phone was still linked to the account so microsoft changed the rights back to you and thats why i used paypal cause i never got my account cause you ttoke it back and stole my money

 

You are a very delusional person and quite sick actually. Unfortunately for you I have screenshots of dates and times for everything, from times you were online and earning achievements, to the exact time you opened the case against me. Paypal saw it in my favor because it was very clear you attempted to scam me and you did a terrible job of it. I guess criminals are all pretty dumb.

As for this new claim that I took the account back, wrong. I have no access to the account and the only reason I'm not pursuing any further action with you is because I got my money back from your poorly executed scam. I have your money, you have my account, let's leave it at that since that's how it is.

I suggest the moderators of the site ban you from more attempts to screw people out of their accounts and money since you have clearly shown you are a repeat offender.

mods may request I post ALL screenshots and proof I have against you, but it's quite a lot so I don't want to compile everything again unless I have to. But I will be happy to IF necessary. You have made it clear to me that I need to keep everything for my records when it comes to you, because your lies just never end.

 

I would also like to add, just as a personal note to you Jon/tyler or whatever your name is. I had absolutely ZERO intention of scamming you out of anything. You are the one who decided to get cute and made a greedy attempt at having it all.

This community is already shady enough and there is a reason it's so hard to find honest people who can just take yes for an answer. You had/have my old account and I had your money, there was no reason to open a case against me on paypal and you know it. Now the case is in my favor and you have been reported everywhere necessary to try to prevent you from doing this to someone else.

I would hope you learn a lesson from all this but now you are playing dumb, or you are just actually dumb. Either way, you know you are in the wrong, you know it was seen in my favor, and for you to continue to push the subject is just further stupidity.

 

ghost if you dont have access to the account then who does because the email and password we set up on ebay has changed plus i recived a refund for the gamertag change i made to the account you sold me and who ever has it now blocked my main xbox live account when i added it from the account you sold me. i lost acess to it on july 19th thats why i reported to paypal resoultion.

 

i never met any ill will ive bought a psn account on hear from jamie s backer you can ask him im good for my payments but ive been scammed with accounts before where the person takes the account back and trys to take my money

 

So you lost access to it on the 19th and then proceeded to earn achievements and add friends? Ok, how dumb do you think I am? You aren't the first scammer I've dealt with and you won't be the last. You changed the gamertag when you got the account and I tracked you up until you clearly changed the gamertag again so I couldn't follow you anymore after I won the PayPal dispute.

Your dispute story was that you were banned, not that you lost access, which is why I won the dispute in the first place, because you weren't banned at all and I proved it. Your story keeps changing as any liars story does. You absolutely meant ill will and you know it.

If mods want to escalate this, cool. I'll post everything I posted to win the PayPal dispute. Otherwise, I can't keep wasting my time with This, it's a resolved case.

So first you claim the account is banned and then you go on and play and earn achievements proving you aren't banned. Now you claim you don't have the account, then you go on and play and earn achievements AGAIN.
You are a terrible liar and your own worst enemy when it comes to scamming people.

his stuff is public on the account so you can see he has played 10 or so games in the last 2 days.

nope dont have it thats u earning it or someone else the account was changed beacuse i did a charge back for someone buying it and my main xbox account was blocked when i asked for the account back. (zoom in on message) the email for the account is also locked me out with two step verivication with your phone number meaning u got it

What account are you even showing there because that name isn't the gamertag you changed it to? I don't know what's going on with the account or why this has to be so difficult. You never removed my email as the primary and I still get notifications like you do when things change or signing in has happened. There is no two step verification unless you set it up. I can't possibly "prove" I don't have access to an account just like you can't and no one can unfortunately. All I can do is prove that you have lied multiple times about this transaction and tried to screw me.

By the way, nice of you to post in another thread trying to buy someone else's account the day you opened a case on me, as if you were so sure you were going to win it. You have obviously gotten away with this before but it didn't work out for you this time. Learn a lesson and stop making yourself look worse.

The only thing worse than a scammer is a scammer who plays the victim, is proven to be lying, and then keeps playing the victim.

 

UPDATE: he just initiated a chargeback through his bank to the paypal transaction. This time claiming an un-authorized purchase! His story changes EVERY TIME his previous story doesn't work. This is a real scumbag we are dealing with here.

I have provided my proof to paypal to resolve the case in my favor. It's amazing he is allowed to scam paypal again after being caught abusing buyer protection the first time. Please ban this user before someone else has to go through what I'm going through with him.
