@IBaToR if the seller gave u the account in working condition then it's ur responsibility to keep the account secure. Every seller purchase account from different sources/people.if u dont put security after u buy and it gets recovered it's your fault. @pejman when u sell a account always tell ur buyer to change 1.Password. 2.Recovery Email. 3.Turn on 2step verification must. So later when a buyer claims that gmail has been taken back or #.u won't have to take responsibility for it. And in many cases account is being recalled by the person from whom seller purchased the account.so inquire if the person u bought the account from is responsible for this recall. @IBaToR let me tell u this clear a seller who is gold rank or above will never ever try to recover any account which he sold. 1.Reputation which he earned through this years. 2.A 100$ account he nothing for a seller as he can buy at dirt cheap.no need to recover. 3.Pejman didn't recived money yet from middleman so no way he will recover it. I hope u understand this.Never blame a seller who sold account via middleman and who is a gold member.but yes problem may occur from seller side also but it's not the seller. I will recommend to resolve this within urself.
@samsaha86 then how am i supposed to keep an account secure when the one he sold me still had someone else active on the account and email i got sold a faulty account. How is that my fault i tried changing recovery email etc... but someone else maybe previous owner, maybe pejman i don't know took the account back and changed all the email info what email the clash account is on, everything. How is that my fault when it's a faulty account i was sold. @Admin please read thread i want my money back because I don't have a damn clash of clans account and don't have my money back either.

We have reached a resolution on this. Due to the complexity of this transaction, both parties blaming each other but both providing so much valid documentation, we are going to decide in favor of both parties in a rare decision case where we PlayerUp Middleman Services will take the hit on our behalf compensating you both in order for both parties being satisfied here. Based on the evidence, it is our personal belief that the buyer changed the email and then experienced issues afterwards with the account. @pejman you should be very careful in the accounts you resell here as I think this is a case where the account was clearly compromised by an unknown party. This issue is now resolved. For the buyer, your cancellation will be processed shortly. For the seller, please resubmit your payment as it was removed from the queue. Once resubmitted, it will be processed shortly. Once again, to keep all parties happy, we will favor both and take the hit ourselves. I hope you both are appreciative of our services here as no other company would do this but that's the benefits of using our services.
