Just got off the phone with them and the HP omen is on back order and hes requesting photos of my unit, i literally couldn't bypass it, he said due to the high amount of fraud theyre gonna be asking for photos of the units for rma's. HP is gonna be done soon i suspect, good thing i have photos and basic photo shop knowledge.
