I was wondering if there are some people who have refunded Apple in Europe. I want to refund an iPhone 7+ and I think it is better to use the empty box method instead of the not arrived method (only if not signed the not arrived) do you guys think it is also good to use empty box, and do I need to send the charger and stuff back and do I need to fill in police report? Many questions but I hope some of you can help me out.
