Hey guys really new to the site and looking to get some opinions. So I know what the process is and the basics. But what I would really like to know is. When you are purchasing a refunders services. What kind of things do you expect with you purchase. *Should the refunder handle all communication with the company or shipping service on your behalf? Or should they be answering emails and phone calls you receive? *What kind of time frame should your refunder handle your refund. Should they call for you immediately after package is received? Really just want to know what you guys expect out of the people you hire to handle refunds
