    Elite combat rank with extensively engineered Anaconda a couple of other ships plus 600m bank balance.
    A lot of engineers ranked to grade 5, lots of engineered weapons and modules in storage as well as those already on one of several ships. From memory (it's been a while since I last played) Anaconda, Asp, Vulture, all upgraded.
    Very close for having a Federal rank to get the Corvette.
