Yes @freechest is verified with bronze status but he only have 3 Legit Middleman transactions . Other reputation came from members who are mostly Highrisk .

Wait a period of x days before our system removes the high risk automatically from your account. The specific timeframe varies depending on the infraction that was placed on your account. Complete at least 3 transactions with other members who provided you Positive Feedback and then submit a Help Ticket requesting your High Risk badge removed as you completed 3 transactions. Have a Verified or above member represent you taking liable for you if something goes wrong by opening a Help Ticket requesting your High Risk badge removed. Beware with @freechest ! I can confirm hes a scammer , Hes using his Playerup status account which is with bronze and other upgraded stuffs . But he only have 3 Legit @Middleman Transactions , others are from mostly High Risk or maybe dummy accounts of his !He commented in my Selling Thread but its gone now , I dont know , maybe he can delete his comment , using his high status playerUp account ! Hes destroying PlayerUp reputation by using high status account to scam people! Do something @Admin @Middleman ! As you can see below a screenshot of our conversation ! I even asked @Middleman if hes legit or not , But unfortunately no reply .
Hi, just wanna share my thoughts on this dispute. First of, im glad that you guys did not fall for this trick which is probably the most commonly used trick by scammers and hopefully newbie sellers could read this to avoid getting victimized. Second, you guys are doing the right thing by asking the person who's contacting you outside PlayerUp to message u here claiming to be someone who's reputable and such to scam inexperienced sellers/buyers. From my personal experience, i had couple of people contacted me here in PlayerUp asking if it was me they are talking to in Kik messenger which i told them that it's not me and its just someone who is impersonating me. Third, right now all we have are speculations base from the evidences (which in my opinion is strong) you guys provided but its still gonna be difficult to tell if its indeed @freechest is doing this fraud attempts. I'm sure PlayerUp is already doing their own investigation regarding this case. @freechest reminds me of an old member who was so helpful and very active in giving suggestions and such to improve the community but later on was involved in a dispute and got banned. Just had to say it 'coz this really is reminding me of that member tho he doesnt have all those decorations under his username.
I was never banned here on PlayerUp, I have only received a warning due to multiple accounts which I asked to be closed, I created a duplicate account not knowing that it was unallowed. I've been the only one resolving disputes and issues on this platform for the passed few months. Though, now I have stopped due to the fact that @Admin does not see what I have been doing here. It is their own fault if they do not take the initiative in reading through my profile properly, because in my description, I clearly state what my Kik Username is and I state that I do not use anything other than what I listed above, and the only thing listed is my Flagged Username Kik ID. I will now add a warning in my signature to make it more visible.

@GoLLum If his comments on your thread was deleted , I have screenshot for him opening conversation with me here after i asked him at ki.k . like i explained with multiple proofs. he is trying to run away with this by claiming he was talking to me to discuss the dispute with messages starting with Hello and title ( . ) he talked to me here seconds after i asked him at ki.k like i showed with screenshots ( yes he did mistake and left links behind by doing that however even without doing that he is still busted thats why he left the conversation. he also claims he left to discuss it at my own dispute !! lol that was after him commenting in the dispute) any further talking by me will be directed to @Admin as he is a waste of time

I'm new here, but I'll give my two cents with what I saw. I don't either party so I can give a unbiased opinion. The fact freechest came on this forum when he was asked by Under7days can't be a coincidence. The evidence points to him trying to do offline transactions in a unlawful manner. The evidence may be circumstantial, but it should be enough to launch a full investigation into this. I can't check the internet right now, but there is a easy way to sort this out. What I recommend is tracking the IP address of the kik account through services online at the same time freechest uses this website. That's a hard route, but the best route to figure out if this is him or not. Now, I see pages of people complaining on this website, and you suspend the users who were supposed to scam them for a lot less. You should suspend freechest from offering his accounts on this website until the investigation is finished with. Honestly doing otherwise will make it look quite a bit weird and would make people think you're involved with it. Not saying you are of course, but I've seen many forums where the vendors and admins work together to scam users. They mostly block the people they scammed, so I'm almost 100% you're not working with freechest, but doesn't mean he isn't doing this because he's verified. That's why he should be suspended for now until a investigation is completed. That's what I think. I don't know freechest at all so I can't comment on him personally. This would however be the fairest way to treat everything. It doesn't ban freechest completely and it means he wouldn't be able to scam anyone if he is doing this. Thanks,

That's not really possible unless you file a subpoena with KIK Services. For non verified users, we typically do suspend them in the Disputes Section if we have tagged them and they logged in but didn't even bother replying or we check the logs and they have very suspicious activity. If they're verified, then we won't suspend them right away in most cases and allow the additional time to respond. If they don't respond, then yes they'll be suspended. I don't think anyone thinks we're involved in this with @freechest but you. To be involved we'd need direct access to what he is doing on his offsite messengers and then doing the talking on those instant messengers ourselves. What he is being accused of doing if all being done offsite and he is apparently conducting business on a couple sites not just us. He is reportedly doing the scamming offsite. This won't stop it from happening. I haven't taken action yet so I can see others come forward commenting on this and giving @freechest opportunity to communicate professionally on this, amend any actions he has done and give others an opportunity to equally communicate on this issue. For example @LegendGods has yet to comment on this. Additionally, he isn't really actively selling anything right now.
Howabout you stop building unnecessary drama and extreme conclusions. It's not even been 72 hours since the OP opened this dispute and there is alot to respond to here.
